It would be nice if there was a button on the iPhone app to have it tell you why a task is important (ie. how did the Importance get to 10+?). Yeah, I could probably look up the meaning of Importance and figure it out, but I shouldn't have to keep that formula in my head.

I'm not sure what it is you would want. The Importance calculation is not too complicated: https://www.toodledo.com/info/help.php?sel=53
If the task were to tell you how it reached its importance level, it would have to give you the whole calculation each time.
