Thanks I tried but the collobrators are not receiving any invite e-mails when I select a new Collabrator

The emails are probably going to their spam folder, but its ok. They just have to go the collaborate page from their account and their invite will be sitting right there.

Do my staff have to have a paid subscription

Can I not have a group subscriptions

Yes, each person who wants to collaborate needs their own subscription. You can purchase a subscription for them if you want. Just enter their email address into the order form on our website instead of yours.

I just noticed in April 2010 I paid twice
Can you give me credit so that I can use it against my employees subscription
