Trying to find a note with some text in the Task Notes.

Using the web basic search yields nothing - only by advanced search can I look in my Task Notes.

I am sure previously I didn't need to use an advanced search? Am I missing a setting somewhere?

The regular search will only look in the titles of tasks. You will need to use the advanced search to look in the notes. This has always been the case.

At some point might be nice to have an option in main quick search for this - since I can imagine it would be a useful feature.

Thanks for the suggestion. We do not comment on timeframes for implementation, but this is on our to-do list.
