Task will not delete

Hi, I have a task in my task list that will simply not delete. Every time I delete it, it just re-appears upon refresh. It's been going on for around a year now, just with this one task. There is nothing unusual about it and it has no attachments etc. I wondered if anyone had experienced this and might help?

Have you checked if it's Repeating tasks maybe?

Also, if you delete it and go to Settings/Deleted tasks, is the newly deleted there?
