My web page says I have over 20,000 tasks, but it only shows about 400. What's going on, and how do I correct it?

The completed tasks also count to the 20000 quota. As a Gold member, you have a full history, so unless you deleted some of it, you may have reached the limited over the years. The only solution would be to delete some of the completed tasks (e. g. use a (saved) search for completed tasks from 4 or more years ago) and delete them.
If you want to store these first, you can download completed tasks as csv and store it somewhere for later use.
