Can't edit notes in new tasks

Hi!
From yesterday (06-Feb-2019) I can't edit notes in new tasks (using Chrome and IE). Layout changed a little and it loks now as error - fields are close to each other and the most important - it's impossible to click the note picture to start editing. In old tasks with notes everything is ok. The only workaround i found - locate the task on iphone, create note in it and after sync - it works. |

I have just tested it (in Chrome I am full time, and I tested it on IE) - works without problem. Have you tried: CTRL+F5 to force the reload of the page, signing out of Toodledo and log in again?

Yes, I've tried it. And the situation is the same on two computers - one in home (mac), other at work (pc). New task created via quick task looks like this - https://imgur.com/a/c7qGLQI - and the note pic/link is not clickable.

EDIT: What if you switch from Multiline to Grid view?
I am sorry, but I don't have any clue. I have switched to Multiline view, as you are using it, also the beta Toodledo version and my Toodledo does not look like that picture of yours. The note is a note field that I can write into without problems. This message was edited Feb 07, 2019. |

In grid mode everything's alright. Can't edit only in new tasks in multiline.

I am having the same issue, which I first noticed on Feb 7 or Feb 6. In multiline view, I cannot add a comment/note.
I can create a note when I add a new task. I can edit or add to a note that already exists. I can add notes in grid view (but I don't like grid view so that's not a feasible solution for me). Any insights into when this will be fixed? |

EDIT: One last try may be deleting browser cache, maybe something did get corrupted there?
When exactly are you not able to add a note? I have added a quick task in Multiline view without problem and it looks like this: https://1drv.ms/u/s!AlER-iHBX0Pjh-hsB7KyryGfB32SHQ Chromium based browsers, IE 11. If you haven't already, you should go in https://www.toodledo.com/info/ticket.php and file the bug. I cannot reproduce your issue, so it is up to you. And that's the thing - when I enter the quickadd task, I have not the note icon, I have the whole note field open for editing right away. So anyway, I hope some user with a subcription plan (and therefore creating support tickets ability) already have or will open a ticket for this, because I cannot do it for you, as I have never experienced this issue. Sorry that I cannot help you:-(

Are you guys perhaps using the old tasks layout (www.tasks.com/tasks)? If so, please check the https://www.toodledo.com/forums/2/26619/0/can-add-notes-to-tasks.html.
