Attached Files do not open

When default task view is set to ORIGINAL attached files are opened bei Adobe Reader; files do not open when default view is set to NEW (in this case actually nothing happens when clicking on the file link).
This bug occurs with Firefox browser.
Does anybody know a solution for this?
