Location reminder says “You are entering the location ...”

When I use the location field of a reminder, when I get to that location, I get notified that I'm there, but not what the reminder was. For example, I set a reminder to call someone when I get home I get a notification, "You have entered the location Home."

How can I get notified of the reminder instead?
