Reorder subtasks?

How do you reorder your subtasks. I tried dragging but it will only drag out to a full task. It seems ever time I hit To-Do- List the subtask order has changed. I want to put them in an order I like and have them stay that way until checked as done.

Subtasks cannot currently be manually sorted, but this is on our to-do list. Currently, they are sorted by the same criteria that your entire list is sorted by.

Would really LOVE to see this one rise to the top of your to-do list soon! Seems like we must be getting close! (he said hopefully...)
keep up the great work! JT |

I agree! It would be great to have this done soon. I have a project that will be full of sub-tasks. In the absence of being able to order them, who knows which order I need to tackle them? It's not always be priority. Otherwise, great app so far!

I'll chime in with a vote for this feature to be added soon. It's currently my biggest stumbling block with Toodledo.

Please add this feature soon! It would be great to reorder sub-tasks.
Thanks. |

I too am seeking this feature, and an app/service that can provide it.

The post on RTM has been deleted, so I don't know what it said, but we are working on manually sorting subtasks.

One more vote for this feature to be added.
I cannot (2) cross bridge before I (1) come to it. ;) |

Manually sorting subtasks is almost ready :) Just a little more testing.

+1 for this! So glad to see it's coming.
This is the main reason I just logged into the forums. Can anyone tell me the current system for how subtasks are ordered? I have a bunch with no due date, and they are not alphabetical, and not in the order I posted them. Seems completely random. My only workaround has been putting sequential times (6:31, 6:32, 6:33) This message was edited Nov 14, 2009. |
