At the bottom of the payment level pricing page there is this:
"How do I manage my subscription if I don’t want to be on an auto-renew plan? If you don't see a Manage Subscription button, that means you are not on an auto-renew plan. You won't be charged unless you subscribe to a new plan" Perhaps I'm overly optimistic, but I am assuming I don't have auto-renew activated.. |

I'm getting worried they have financial info and we don't have a way to cancel? No staff on forum? |

No staff on forum? I'm not sure why Anant G no longer seems to be posting here; a few weeks ago he had posted here saying that he would be more active and do more regular check-ins/updates. He did post something reasonably recently (aug 8) in the News section in the topic regarding the iphone beta app expiring. It's also too bad that a bunch of the long-time/knowledgeable users who used to post/help/educate no longer seem to be posting, some, it seems, because they've moved off the toodle product. You can cancel auto-renewals from https://toodledo.chargebeeportal.com/ or create a support ticket and we will help you out from there. Thanks |

I'm assuming that if it can't find my email address then I don't have a current subscription?
I thought I'd read that those with old Silver+ subscriptions would not be auto renew until they signed up under one of the new plans. I trust that's why it can't find my email address because I still have a Silver plan. |
