Unable to add new outline, list, habit using iPhone and iOS 13

I’m unable to add a new outline, list, habit using the app and an iPhone and iOS 13. When I select any of these I get a screen with previously added outlines, list, and habits but no choice to add a new one. If I keep tapping on the outline, list, or habit icon at the bottom of the screen “+ ADD New ...” flashes on the screen briefly, disappears, and the screen returns to screen with all the previously added outlines, list, habits with no way to add a new one.
On the other hand it appears to work fine on ipad iOS 13
This appears to be a bug or am I missing something?

Same here no longer with iOS 13 on iphone. The add button is gone. Hope they release update for iOS 13 soon.

The last release of the iPhone app was for iOS 10.2.1.
