Calculated fields

I'm using list feature for grocery shopping and I'm wondering if there is any way to define a 'calculated' field with an easy arithmetical operation using other existing numerical fields. For exemple I need to buy 3 cans of a specific product and each can cost 'x' $, it would be nice if a field could be defined as the product of the number of units (cans) by the price of each can.
