I would love to get some help with a couple of questions I have that have me stumped.
1. When I hit the context option on the left, the tasks are displayed in a collapsed format. Is there anyway to tweak the system so I can have those tasks uncollapsed? 2. Also, I'm transforing from another program, PlanPlus, which had a wonderful manner of taking a task from a list and moibinh it to a calendar. It looks like this has to be done manually. The Google Gadgets link is not working. I'm wondering if anyone has figured out a way to work more seamlessly. That's it for now, but I"m sure that there will be some future questions. Programs like these have a learning curve, and this program seems to be worth the effort. |

Hi, I try to answer:
1) Are you talking about collapsed sections, or collapsed tasks with subtasks? For collapsed sections (or dividers), like "Due in the Past" etc., click on the little arrow icon in the upper right corner and pick Open all dividers. The same you can do with the "w" shortcut (if enabled in settings), but that is just temporary, while the former should be saved for all views. Or are you talking abOut task notes? In that case, it is the same icon, but option "Show task details". 2) Do not use Google Gadgets, but the iCal calendar (https://www.toodledo.com/tools/sync_ical.php) - You can subscribe to the ical link even from Google, not just Apple or Outlook.
