Because it may not allow me to attach a file to the task many times? the only way to solve it is to enter the oldest version ..... thanks for responding

Interesting. I have just tried to attach a file, and it was without issues (and on the old MS Edge even). Which browser on which device?

Well, now that I am reading this - do you perhaps mean to replace an old version of the same file with a new one version? If that is the case, then it could help you to https://www.toodledo.com/organize/files.php and use the "replace" option on that file's record?
