I have created a template with tasks and subtasks. When I clone the template, I then change the folder name to the name I want the folder to have. The tasks now appears with the folder name, but the subtasks have the template name. Is there a way to change the folder name in all of the sub tasks?

I am doing this exactly. Make sure the keyboard shortcuts are enabled, then after cloning the template task, hold "L" and click the parent task name - this will select the task and all its subtasks and the right panel for batch editing opens. Set the new folder name AND turn on the toggle next to it. Hit save button.
