Not sure what has changed but I cannot even open the app. Or if I do luck out and open it if I try to create or check off something finished the app crashes. Over and Over. The app is not usable at the moment. Rebooting the phone worked temporarily. But it starts crashing again after a few clicks. What is happening and can we get it fixed?

Dear all,
We have recently learned that with the latest Android update, the current version of the Toodledo App has become unreliable. The same occurred unfortunately with the iOS. Thankfully we had decided several months back to write completely new mobile apps rather than patching the existing ones. These are in the final stage of development and will be released by the end of this month! We will be informing the community shortly with a newsletter. Thanks a lot for your understanding. Kind regards, The Toodledo Team |

Gideon,
Again, sorry for your experience. Our support tickets are increasing regarding the non-functioning mobile apps. This has mainly to due with a recent software update from Android. As mentioned, we are heads-down finalizing the mobile apps. We have a small group of iOS testers giving us feedback on the new iOS app. If you would be interested in testing the Android app, please reach out to [email protected]! Thanks, Hasnain This message was edited Mar 24, 2022. |
