All the tasks in one of my folders were just deleted for no apparent reason.

Looks like the application lost all the tasks I imported as a CSV file. Good job, new team!

Please send us a detailed description of what happened to [email protected] (there haven't been any changes to the CSV import feature)

All the tasks in a folder were deleted without my touching them. All those tasks were imported via CSV. There.

Go easy on them. Have they confirmed there is a bug in their system?

You can view and restore your deleted tasks from here https://www.toodledo.com/delete_log.php. This should also tell you how they were deleted.
