On opening my iPhone Toodledo app with default my own personal folder, everything looked normal for about 5 seconds and then the folder entirely disappeared showing my wife’s folder with old tasks in it. This also occurred on my desktop application.
My subscription is up for renewal on December 1/22. I attempted to renew under “manage subscription”. In information box to answer my email address to login appeared in after logging in my username, I clicked “continue” which indicated that a one-time password had been sent to my email. I have done this a dozen times and no password has been sent to my email, despite resending the one-time password on multiple occasions as well. It is not possible to proceed with logging in to manage subscriptions without the one-time password. I restarted my desktop computer and repeated the above with the same result. Does anyone have any clues as to what is going on? Why did my folder with approximately 75 detailed tasks over the next couple of months suddenly disappear? Why can I not login to manage my subscription? |
