Duplicate Tasks Are Appearing

I am using the iOS App version Toodledo 1.0 Build 20.
I have been noticing duplicate tasks after adding tasks.
1) The tasks are created in iOS
2) The task has been starred in iOS
3) The duplicates only appear in the Web interface (not on the phone)
4) The duplicate is not starred
5) No attempt has been made to edit the task in the web interface
