webcal subscription stopped syncing; says no permission to acces

It has been working for years, syncing mac calendar subscription to toodledo events. It stopped 2/14/23. I can not subscribe to my TDo calendar, it says: You do not have permission to access the calendar at webcal://www.toodledo.com/ixxxx
Why did it stop working?
