Desktop website randomly drop edits to tasks / sync issue

I noticed the desktop website would randomly drop my edits to tasks. I most often simply update the due date field without updating the notes, and such update would *sometimes* not stick after a browser refresh. I have not noticed any lost to notes update so far. I also made sure I wait until the "Waiting to Sync" counter disappear long before I refresh.
My home environment:
- macOS 13.3.1
- Safari 16.4
- Toodledo web https://tasks.toodledo.com
My work environment:
- Windows 10
- Edge
- Toodledo web https://tasks.toodledo.com
Could it be an issue of both web session being live, thus interfering with each other? If so, how do I prevent sync issues? Ideally I want to avoid logging out from one of them before using the other, as it's a hassle. I hope the website is designed to handle such use case.
Or is it a known issue being worked on?
