I received an email from you suggesting that I subscribe to your service, especially after 11 years of free service. I agreed and bought an annual subscription.
Every since I upgraded I have had trouble with my toodledo. It doesn't seem to sync across devices and there appears to be no log in option on the phone app

Could you kindly send us a support ticket with a detailed description and perhaps some screenshots.
Also, please ensure that you are using are next gen mobile app and not the legacy app.
