Help connecting to task data (api?) from Google Looker Studio DB

I was able to create a basic dashboard in Google Looker Studio that I am pretty happy with for tracking completed tasks by date/folder/priority etc in a slick graphical view. It's currently using exported and uploaded completed task data. But would like to avoid the export/upload steps in future if possible.
I am not a developer, and don't know much about api's in general or toodledos API specifically, but it seems someone who is could create a 'community connector' without much effort?

This would make it easy for TD users to quickly setup their own customized dashboards to get a better view of their tasks.
Anyone with a bit of development skills open to taking a shot at this? Anyone on TD staff, up for taking this on?
