I am importing records from one account to another.
The exporting account has records with tasks and subtasks...
the records import fine, but all tasks (sub and parent) are treated as independent tasks
is there a way to import to the new account where the tasks and subtasks are connected?
The account that is being imported into has a plus level subscription.
To add a twist to my question, the account that is exporting records used to have plus level subscription but now only has free level access

Just in case anyone read this and has the same issue. I never got a answer of the forum so I submitted a ticket and Toodleodo provided an answer..... I was importing CSV..... that doesn't support sub-task relationship....... support told me to use xml which does... and it worked perfectly
