It has often happened that I am editing 5, 10 lines for example and I add start and end dates and each of them, this in a subtask. When I press to reload, I see that some dates were not saved.
I have to add them again and check if they were saved.

I have noticed this happen. and not just with sub-tasks.
Sometimes when updating several tasks in quick succession I have to re-apply the updates a couple of times before they are saved.
Generally, if I wait a little before refreshing the page then the changes apply first time.
I assume it is because the Toodledo servers need a little time to apply the changes.
I am using Win 11 and Google Chrome.
If it is a real problem for you then I suggest you raise a ticket with Toodledo support.
