Now that tasks in Toodledo can now have a start date/time and an end date/time, would it be possible for them to show up in gcal as entries?

They already do if you use the iCal subscription: http://www.toodledo.com/connect_ical.php

You could export it as a file, and then import to Google Calendar. That is much more time consuming, but your calendar is not published. I also find it difficult to think that someone would guess the crazy URL for the subscription, but I can understand your position, especially if you have sensitive info on Toodledo.
