How to backup ALL of toodledo

I was trying to copy my entire setup, including searches and contexts with no tasks currently assigned. I used the XML export/import as that was listed as the recommended way to backup all your tasks.
But it did not copy the searches and empty contexts. How can I do this - a complete backup of EVERYTHING in Toodledo? TIA |

There is no export function for saved searches, and Contexts, Folders, and Goals are only backed up in tasks that carry them.
If there are completed tasks in the backup that have the missing Contexts, etc. then you should be able to bring the Contexts back by searching those tasks and then removing the completion, but I have not actually tested that. I have never actually seen this requested before, but a sort of configuration backup that includes more than a list of tasks is an interesting idea. This message was edited Oct 25, 2009. |

It is not currently possible to backup everything including saved searches, and empty folders/contexts. Thanks for the suggestion.
