Duplicate folders in notebook

I am seeing duplicate folders in my notebook. The contents are not duplicated. Just the name with some notes in one copy and some in the other. Pretty annoying.
Any idea what might cause this?

This occasionally happens when syncing with Appigo Notebook. Are you using Appigo Notebook? You'll need to contact Appigo.com for support with this bug.
