Question on opening attachments

I have a pro-plus account and frequently attach screen capture images to tasks for a developer. Is it possible to just click and view the image? The only way I see to retrieve and view is to open the attachment dialog box, save the file to my computer, go to the directory and click to open. This is awkward and cumbersome so I must be doing something wrong. Please advise.

Agree and second the request. It would be very nice to be able to do this fom the web and the mobile apps as well. Thanks.

This isn't currently possible, but it is something that we would like to add in a future update

+1 Please add that soon. It has to be done, otherwise it is too award to view an image having to download to your computer open etc... That system doesn't really makes sense to me.
