Todo with phone number

Hi,
I would like to store a phone number in a todo so I can tap/call it in my mobile device. Is there any tip/trick to get this working?
Acutally I am using an iphone, but I would appreciate to have skype making the calls when I am at the pc.
Would be a great feature.
