I have Pro Plus. I am trying to find a way to attach a specific Outlook (2003) e-mail to a task.
Cannot select the e-mail (or any specific e-mail) by doing the following: -Attach New File -New file -Choose File Is there another way? Please, if you don't mind, go through detailed instructions. Thank you.. |

I do not use Outlook, but this should hold true. You can not select a email directly from Outlook, you first need to "file --> save as" the email to a folder outside of outlook to attach it. Doing this will create a file outside of the Outlook database you can attach.

Jon_R, you're right.
kentpavelka, in Outlook, open the email and then go to File, Save As, and specify Save as type "Message Format (*.msg)". Then in Toodledo, attach the file that you saved. |
