When I start a job it usually has the same actions/to do's associated with it, is there a way to template out subtasks?

The only way to do this currently is with our API, but you would need to be a programmer or know a programmer. We have this on our to-do list to consider in the future.

Toodledo still does not have templates, and we aren't aware of any developers who are working on this via our API. It is still on our to-do list.

That's soooo true! I am project driven and need to recreate projects from scratch and something could fall through the cracks. We use Salesforce.com and have set up workflows that will schedule a series of tasks when a new project is signed.
