I would like to see an icon for tasks that have a reminder set for the web version of Toodledo, similar to what if offered in the iPhone app.

We already have this. The icon is at the end of the due-date. If you can't see it, then you probably have the due-date column sized very narrow. Try resizing it a little wider.
