I think this really needs to happen: linking locations to context.. less time spend on entering data.. no reason to enter location separately imo

that is the whole point..I do not need location.. all we need is a context that I can assign a location to. Context should be used much more often so once you assign context that is location-aware you are good to go, right?

Since, at present, you can't link them, why don't you just use Location instead of context? Or name your work location "Work" instead of 1234 Maple St.

Since you agree that linking them obviates the need to have them both in your case, and probably doesn't for others, why would they link them?

Contexts are broader than Locations.
Not all Contexts have a specific geographical location.

Currently, any task list can easily be filtered by Context but not by Location.

Given that someone is using Contexts to filter tasks and is using Locations to identify what is close by, it makes sense to be able to assign locations to some Contexts.

Thanks for the suggestion. We can't comment on a timeframe for implementation, but this is on our to-do list.
