Iphone Sync Issues

Hi,
I downloaded the Notebook app from appigo from the itunes store. The only problem i am having is that i cannot seem to get it to sync, it seems to think it has sync'd fine but neither notes i create on the phone appear on my toodledo login or notes i create online appear on my iphone. Folders i create online appear to sync through to my iphone but not notes, which is is bizzare.
If i am not doing something simple the i apologise in advance but any help would be appreaciated.
