Context for Subtask

It appears that if a subtask has a different context than its parent, that it shows up in the expanded parent's context, rather than in it's own, when filtering by context.
Was this intentional? I would want to see dependent subtasks in the context that I can do them in, else I will keep seeing the parent task and never get to complete it because I am in the wrong context... This message was edited Dec 01, 2008. |

I just tested this and was unable to replicate your scenario. I have a parent task with a context of "Home" and a subtask of this with a context of "Phone". If I go to the context view and click on the "Phone" tab, my subtask is in there.
Keep in mind that I have my filters set to "flatten subtasks". If you are using "nest subtasks" then the subtask will be hidden inside the parent as intended. |

Ahh. The flattening is probably the answer. I should have thought of that.
