Hello all,

I signed up for Gold last year but am not using the tool. I'd like to keep my account and I don't have any data to maintain. Is there a way to downgrade to Basic? Currently I have downgraded from Gold to Silver but there's no info in how to downgrade to Basic.

I think you can simply wait until your subscription expires
