There've been a few posts here about using Toodle for zentodone:

I must say zentodone has changed my entire life and the way I think for the better. I am more productive and it has helped a couple of things I only ever dreamed about come true; all by cutting back to the essentials and not being distracted by the non-essentials in life.
I tried implementing it in toodledo which I love as much, but what toodledo cannot yet do is offer a key feature of paper diaries: it cannot allow you to create "big pictures" of each current project and dreams. That is, toodledo only provides lists. The notepad comes closer, but it is not integrated with the lists.
There are a couple of ipad apps which are attempting to bridge the space between "free-form" and "structured lists", but I'd say the first system which offers this will be a winner. I personally hope the winner is toodledo.
