I exported my task list from outlook, saved it to my desktop & uploaded it in toodledo. Everything is in toodledo & it syncs back & forth with my Iphone. But, do I have to I have to export from outlook everytime to update it & also how do I get tasks in toodledo to update in outlook. I already made sure my time was correct

Okay I finally found the sync app & downloaded it. I did delete all my tasks in toodledo. I went to the start menu & started the first time sync. It says "authentication failed" I don't know what the proxy addres should be.

You only need to add a proxy address if you know that there is a proxy server on your network. - check with your network admins or look in your browser settings for this.

Make sure that you are using you toodledo unique id (on the account settings panel of Toodledo) instead of your Toodledo login name.

I got everything to work.
