Really don't know what's happening here as have tried everything I can think of - but one folder on Toodledoo just will not sync across to Outlook.
Strangely, I had the same problem, with exactly the same folder when syncing on another computer - somehow I fixed it (but can't remember what I did !) but just cannot get it to work on the second computer.
What reasons could there be for just one folder not syncing across it's the last folder in my folder list, but can't really see that that would make any difference - or would it ?) and, more to the point, any ideas for how to fix it ?!

have a look at the trace log in the diagnostics panel of the sync tool. See if there are any error reported there.
One other thing to try is to make a temproary change to the folder name, then change it back. This should cause the sync app to refresh it's list of Toodledo folders which may fix your problem
