Syncing Outlook 2007 Tasks with Toodledo and Iphone

I just purchased Toodledo and imported all my Outlook tasks to it and synced with my iphone. They are all in sync. From this point on, what is the order for syncing all three of these daily (or more frequently as I go along the day)?
