I was on auto renewal but I thought with the new pricing we all had to select a new tier. Maybe I should just keep quiet before anyone notices!

I'm not a heavy user by any means but have been here since 2009; wouldn't it be better to keep more paying customers at a lower fee than less at a higher one?

The options come up when I right click - just nothing is sent through - I have refreshed, waited, etc - it is not a time delay issue. The toolbar add task button does not work either - the toggle sidebar button does work. Not really after a solution - I've given up - just more a note to let you know in case you need any further info from me.
